Emporium Electronics will deliver items sold from Monday till Friday from 08:00AM till 5:00PM through Australian Post in metropolitan Brisbane, Melbourne, Geelong, Perth, Sydney and surrounding areas. Public Holidays are not counted.

Emporium Electronics will always use “Signature on delivery“ for all items purchased. Therefore, you will need to sign upon delivery or the delivery man if he does not find someone at home, will drop it off at your local post office.

If you prefer not to have your items left in your absence, you can choose to have them taken to reception if your nominated address is an office or workplace.

There is also a text field available where you can enter any additional information that may help our couriers deliver your items. For example you may have a difficult to find front door or you may live in a unit at the back of the block that’s hard to find.

Keep in mind if you’re not home during the delivery time and have specified you would not like your item left in your absence, you’ll receive a delivery notice in your mailbox. Listed will be a phone number to call so you can arrange a new delivery date that suits you.

If my delivery did not arrive?

If you have checked the status of your order from the Track your order page and it has passed the expected delivery date, please contact the Customer Service Centre on 0296034013.

How long will my delivery take?

Emporium Electronics offer "free" express delivery for all items in the website and your order will usually take from 1-2 business days to be delivered (expect delays).

 Also, Emporium Electronics offer their valued customers “local pick up “within the business working hours after choosing certain time for collection. However, if a customer did not show up during his frame pickup time, Emporium Electronics require him to notify them to either change the time frame to his convenient, otherwise, within 12 hours, the order will be cancelled and will get full refund.
