Emporium Electronics – Shipping Policy

At Emporium Electronics, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Here's everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If there’s any delay (e.g., high demand, stock issues, weather conditions), we’ll notify you via email.

    3. Delivery Time & Methods

    We partner with reliable carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, and other courier services.

    4. Shipping Costs

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions — keep an eye out!


    5. Tracking Your Order

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress in real-time.


    6. Missed Deliveries

    If no one is available to receive your parcel:

    • The courier may leave it in a safe location (if you ask for that as we do always use “signature on delivery service”).
    • Or they’ll leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup at your local post office.

        7. Damaged or Lost Packages

        If your item arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue ASAP.

        8. Change of Shipping Address

        If you made a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can update the address as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
