If received defected or cracked, kindly inform our customer care department, send an email to returns@emporiumelectronics.com within 3 Days of receiving your order, and your inquiry will be handled as soon as possible.
Note: We ask that the product be untacked and Packed in the original boxes in order to ensure credit.
The replacement order will be processed once the originally delivered Package is picked up.
If the reason for the exchange is a customer request (Change of mind), the customer will have to pay :
- A 20% additional fee (from Purchased price) plus delivery charge if purchase new item and already has been opened.
- A 10% for change of mind purchase Plus delivery charge if item has no faults or issues.
- $0 if the device is faulty or has issues from our end and we will cover return costs.
If the defected item is an electronic item, in this case we Collect the product from your end and send it to our maintenance team to check it briefly, then we will contact you regarding the exchange, this procedure usually takes from 5 to 9 working days and will be under our cost if it is our fault.
All Accessories must be included in the package of the returned products, otherwise the exchange will be terminated.
For every returned item, you will receive an automated message from our end containing the full price of the item, don’t worry, we fix the prices on the system before sending them.
Any replacement order needs between 5 to 8 working days to be delivered.
Refund is processed after Emporium Electronics has done the quality evaluation of the returned item. Money are refunded directly to your bank account via Stripe.
